  • Physician Placement - We are a one stop shop for your facility's needs. Our expertise in Physician Placement allows us to provide for all of your recruitment needs.

  • Personal Insights Candidate Profile - To match candidates to your leadership team we utilize personality assessments as part of our facility assessment and our candidate sourcing process. These truly insightful profiles assess the fit of the candidate with your current leadership team.

  • Assistance with Behavior Based Interview Preparation - Cheryl Coors has a great deal of experience with interview formatting and preparation and has spoken on the advantages of behavior based interviewing. If necessary, the development of interview questions and matrices targeted toward you organization will be done as part of the recruitment process.

  • Transition/Relocation Assistance - With our network stretching nationwide we have numerous contacts to assist our candidates in finding relocation resources. We want the transition for the successful candidate to be as smooth as possible in joining your organization.

  • Background Investigation/Verification - As part of our process we verify all of our candidate's education and licenses, where applicable. Candidates are not presented until their background has been verified. You can be sure candidates put forward by CER are truthful and sincere.

  • Confidential Reference Verification - Thorough reference checks are performed prior to final interviews saving you, the client, the extra step and providing peace of mind. These documents will be provided prior to an offer being made.

Our recruiters are experts in document preparation and are available to assist our candidates with any items that require additional modifications.

  • Contract Negotiation Expertise - Our recruiters are skilled at analyzing and interpreting offers to assist the candidate in understanding what each item means for them. CER does not attempt to effect the terms the client wishes to offer but to educate the candidate to eliminate any confusion or delay in accepting the offer. This is not to say that we are skilled in the legal interpretation of in-depth contracts, we do have extensive experience with writing/interpreting offer letters and compensation packages.
