Coors Executive Resources is dedicated to completing most searches within 90 days.
We do recognize that some searches take longer to complete and Physicians searches
require more time than executive searches. We will work with you at the beginning of each search to determine an appropriate timeline and then continually update you with our progress.
Due to issues with
timing and the immediate nature of most of our Client's searches, We provide our clients
with the ability to
cancel the search at any time with 30 days notice in writing to CER if the client is not
satisfied with our results.
We also guarantee our results. If, during the first one (1) year of employment the
candidate is discharged for cause
or leaves for any reason within his/her control, we will find a replacement at no
additional fee.
The client then only pays the out-of-pocket expenses incurred on the new search.
