As part of our search process COORS’s recruiters are certified in Behavioral Analysis and administer DISC Profile report analysis to both top candidates and your organizational leaders involved in the search process. These reports measure both behaviors and attitudes and provide enormous insight into the fit of a candidate with a position, the organization, and the potential team. Personality profiling helps to assure the longevity of the successful candidate with your organization.

Comprehensive background reviews are conducted on each qualified candidate identified; assuring that the candidate has the required education and is eligible for employment. Each comprehensive review is comprised of Education & Licensure Verifications, Employment Verification and Criminal History Review.

COORS has significant experience in helping the successful candidate in their relocation and transitioning into a new position and, typically, in a new location. We will assure that the chosen candidate’s transition to the new community and into the new role will be as smooth as possible. It is our policy to remain in contact with our candidates for a minimum of 6-months after placement, offering guidance and coaching when needed to assure a long-term fit.
