COORS is an exclusively retained executive and physician
search firm, specializing in placing top talent
in the health care industry.
COORS guarantees that if any applicant placed by COORS is discharged for cause or leaves for any reason within his/her control in the first 12 months of employment, COORS will find a replacement at no additional fee. The client would pay only out-of-pocket expenses incurred on the new search. This guarantee is not applicable if the service relationship is terminated because the position is eliminated.
Though COORS is dedicated to completing most executive searches within 90 to 120 days as demonstrated by information provided earlier, we recognize that some searches are more difficult to complete and can take more time in some cases. The physician search process does take longer to complete. We provide the client with the ability to cancel the search at any time with 30 days notice in writing to COORS if the client is not satisfied with our results.
If the search is cancelled in the first 45 days, the initial retainer and progressive retainer payments are non- refundable. If termination occurs after 45 days, the client is responsible for the remainder of the fee on a pro-rated basis. However, we will work on a search for as long as it takes to complete the assignment provided the client is willing to work with us in a reasonable fashion.
